A sigh of relief for everyone in Kitsap County—an abducted 2-month-old baby has been found safe and sound. The dramatic story took a positive turn when the little one was dropped off at a gas station.
The people who left the baby there haven’t been identified yet, but the most important thing is that the child is now safe.
The situation started earlier in the day when the baby was reported missing, leading to an AMBER Alert being issued. These alerts are sent out in emergencies like this to get the public’s help as quickly as possible. Fortunately, the alert was canceled around 8 p.m. after the baby was found.
