It all started when Ross reportedly chased the president of Trinidad State College and her husband with an axe. His reason? He claimed he was upset about his missing cat. Understandably, this left the couple shocked and frightened.
But the chaos didn’t stop there. Not long after, Ross was seen throwing rocks into traffic near Interstate 25, creating a hazardous situation for drivers. Thankfully, the police were able to step in and bring the situation under control before anyone was hurt.
