The accusations stem from an incident on October 16, 2024, where he allegedly used a fake driver’s license to access someone else’s bank account in Salem and Windham.
Next, we have Jennie Frances Afonso, a 38-year-old from Haverhill, Massachusetts. She was indicted for felony possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence after an incident on January 31, 2024, in Salem, where she was also found with an open container.
Yoan Alexander Aguasviva-Familia, a 23-year-old from Lawrence, Massachusetts, is facing multiple charges related to fentanyl. He allegedly sold or distributed the drug on several occasions in Salem between August 15 and September 10, 2024.Then there’s Yandel Enrique Alvarado, a 19-year-old from Lowell, Massachusetts, who was indicted for selling a substance he claimed was oxycodone to a confidential source on June 24, 2024, in Salem.
Mario John Antimone, a 46-year-old from Saugus, Massachusetts, is in trouble for possessing several controlled substances, including crack cocaine and meth, during an incident in Exeter on June 10, 2024.Jose Lara, a 27-year-old from Lowell, Massachusetts, faces four charges of theft after allegedly stealing iPhones from an Apple store in Salem on June 16 and July 3, 2024.Ryan Daniel Leonard, a 30-year-old from Stratham, is facing a staggering 16 felony counts for possessing child sexual abuse images. These serious allegations date back to June 11, 2024, in Stratham.
Hochy Antonio Lora, a 36-year-old from Haverhill, Massachusetts, was indicted for criminal mischief after he allegedly crashed into another vehicle and damaged it on July 9, 2024, in Salem.
Tracy Lowell, a 54-year-old from Brownfield, Maine, is facing charges for conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. She allegedly worked with another individual to buy the drug in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and sell it in Greenland on December 27, 2023. Notably, she has a previous conviction for aggravated trafficking in Maine from 1995.Mishawn MacDonald, a 37-year-old from Laconia, is in hot water for possessing fentanyl and meth with the intent to distribute. He was caught with over five grams of these substances on February 4, 2024, in Windham, and has a history of similar charges.
Kelly A. Maggio, a 35-year-old from Londonderry, faces charges for stealing items from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on February 4, 2024. She has a history of theft convictions from 2012 and 2016.Lastly, Wallace A. Martland Jr., a 59-year-old from Salem, is facing serious charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of committing these acts against a child between October 1, 2000, and October 1, 2005, in Salem.
