In Apollo Beach, Florida, a tragic incident unfolded on Monday evening at the Apollo Beach Dog Park, leaving one dog dead. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the heartbreaking event occurred after a fight broke out between two dogs around 6 p.m.
Deputies shared that during the altercation, one of the dog owners pulled out a gun and shot the other dog. The owner who fired the shot quickly left the park after the incident.
The sheriff’s office confirmed that no arrests were made, and the case isn’t being investigated further at this time.
