WILMINGTON, Del. — Delaware State Police have made a significant breakthrough in the ongoing investigation into thefts at All Saints Cemetery. Authorities have arrested a fourth suspect, Mark Worley, 32, of Wilmington, in connection with the theft of nearly 200 bronze vases from the cemetery between September and November 2024.
Worley turned himself in to police at Troop 2 on Sunday after being linked to the series of thefts. This arrest follows the earlier detentions of three other suspects—Thomas Hudson, Ashley Newcomb, and Alonza Mosley—on February 19.
The suspects allegedly entered the cemetery grounds after hours, stealing valuable ceremonial vases from gravestones and fleeing the scene in a waiting vehicle. The stolen items were valued at over $100,000.
Worley was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and is currently being held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $68,100 cash bond.
The investigation continues as authorities work to recover the stolen items and bring closure to the victims affected by these unsettling thefts.
