A shooting incident occurred early Wednesday morning outside Chicago O’Hare International Airport, leaving one person injured, according to police reports.
Authorities responded to reports of an altercation involving multiple individuals outside Terminal 2. During the confrontation, gunshots were fired, and a 25-year-old man sustained two gunshot wounds to the lower body.
Emergency responders transported the victim to Lutheran General Hospital, where he is currently in stable condition. Police have not disclosed whether the individuals involved in the altercation were acquainted or if the shooting was random.
