In a troubling case from Palm Beach County, Florida, a 25-year-old man named Nicolas Jose Francisco has been arrested for allegedly molesting a five-year-old girl. The accusations involve two separate incidents that reportedly took place in the girl’s home, specifically in the garage and bathroom.
Francisco, who had been working for the girl’s family for over a year, is facing serious charges of sexual battery against a child under 12. He is currently being held without bail at the Palm Beach County jail. The young victim first spoke out about the abuse on December 13, sharing her experiences with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Children and Families.
According to investigators, the girl described how Francisco called her into the garage during the first incident and touched her inappropriately, referring to her private area as her “flower.” In the second incident, she said he took her to the bathroom, where he allegedly exposed himself and touched her again.
When deputies interviewed Francisco, he denied the allegations, claiming that the family was making these accusations against him because he is an undocumented immigrant. He insisted that any contact he had with the girl was accidental, stating he was trying to help her use the bathroom. However, investigators pointed out that there is no bathroom located in the garage.
Interestingly, during the questioning, Francisco reportedly apologized and admitted that his actions were wrong. He appeared before a judge on Friday morning, facing the serious consequences of these allegations. This case has raised significant concerns and discussions within the community about safety and the protection of children.
