Kathy Griffin’s Hilarious Warning: Catch Her Show Before Trump “Locks Her Up”

Comedian Kathy Griffin is back on the road with her touring comedy show My Life on the PTSD-List, and she’s not holding back! During a lively interview on Chicago’s WGN radio, Kathy joked that fans should catch her act now—before Donald Trump throws her in jail during his potential second term.

“Come see me before I’m in one of those internment camps,” Kathy quipped, referring to her infamous 2017 photo that showed her holding a fake severed head resembling Trump. The photo sparked nationwide controversy, landing her on a “no-fly list” and under a Secret Service investigation.

The Trump Tangle

Kathy didn’t shy away from her rocky history with the former president. “I’m on the enemies list. That’s very obvious,” she said, poking fun at Trump’s ongoing references to her since the incident. “He was very, very scared when I did a parody photo of him with a Halloween mask and a lot of ketchup.”

The comedian revealed that she’s known Trump for over 30 years, back when she was part of Bravo and he was hosting The Apprentice on NBC. “At the time, most of us thought he was just a harmless buffoon,” Kathy shared. But now, she’s not so sure. “When he says he’s going to build camps for his enemies list, he may not be kidding. My antenna is up!”

Life After the Scandal

Despite losing a significant chunk of her audience after the photo scandal, Kathy remains unapologetically herself. “I didn’t commit a crime,” she asserted. “Don’t tell me I’m not a patriot, darn it. I’ve performed for our soldiers in Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan!”

Kathy’s journey since 2017 has been anything but easy. She’s faced backlash, professional setbacks, and even a Secret Service investigation for what was seen as a threat against the then-president. Yet, her resilience shines through in her comedy and her commitment to her fans.

Why Now?

For Kathy, her return to comedy is about more than just laughs—it’s about moving forward and staying connected. “I’ve got my four doggies, my great group of friends, and I’m not going anywhere,” she said.

So, whether you’ve been a longtime fan or you’re just curious about her sharp, unapologetic humor, Kathy Griffin’s show is a must-see. As she jokingly puts it, “You might not get another chance before Trump tries to lock me up!”
