Lenoir County Deputies Seek Public Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspect
LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. – The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect and a vehicle linked to a theft at a local business. Authorities have released surveillance images in an effort to gather information that could lead to an arrest.
According to deputies, the incident took place early Tuesday morning at Ultimate Body Shop, located at 1701 West New Bern Road near Kinston. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unidentified suspect drove onto the business property and stole four BMW rims before leaving the scene. The sheriff’s office has not yet released details about the vehicle used in the crime but is encouraging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
Investigators are currently analyzing available evidence, including security footage, to establish a clearer identity of the suspect. Officials have urged community members to review the released surveillance images and report any potential leads. Law enforcement believes public assistance is crucial in resolving the case.
