A 37-year-old man from Little Rock is facing serious charges after a shocking act of cruelty toward a dog early Monday morning. Christopher A. Young was arrested around midnight at his home on Saddle Hill Drive, charged with aggravated animal cruelty.
According to the police report, the incident unfolded when Young threw a small, 3-pound Chihuahua that his wife had been fostering across the room. The poor dog hit the woman’s face during the violent act, leading to immediate concern for its well-being.
