The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office reported the immediate arrest of a woman following her release from prison. According to deputies, Tricia Arnold, a 37-year-old resident of Lenoir County, was taken into custody on drug-related charges shortly after being released on Tuesday.
Arnold now faces multiple charges, including selling methamphetamine, delivering methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture or sell methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine. Following her arrest, she was transported to the Lenoir County Jail, where she is currently being held under a secured bond set at $32,500.
Records indicate that Arnold had recently been incarcerated after her probation was revoked. The original charge that led to her probation revocation was obtaining property by false pretenses.
Authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the circumstances of Arnold’s latest arrest, but the case highlights ongoing concerns about repeat offenses and drug-related activities in the region. The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office continues to address these issues through enforcement efforts aimed at reducing drug distribution and associated crimes.
