In a heartbreaking story out of Arizona, a father discovered that his 13-year-old son had been sexually abused by his sixth-grade teacher, Brittany Zamora. This shocking revelation led to Zamora pleading guilty in 2019 and receiving a 20-year prison sentence. But before her arrest, Zamora and her husband attempted to sway the victim’s family to settle the matter outside of court.
In a tense phone call that was recorded, the boy’s father confronted Zamora, demanding to know what kind of person would hurt a child. His anger was palpable as he firmly stated, “I am not going to settle outside of court.” Zamora, seemingly unfazed, suggested a meeting to discuss the incident privately.
The situation escalated when Zamora’s husband chimed in, talking about forgiveness and trying to understand the father’s anger. But the father wasn’t having it, calling Zamora a “monster” and making it clear that no amount of money would make this right.
After her arrest, police revealed shocking text messages from Zamora to the boy, where she expressed her desire for him. This abuse even took place in her classroom while other students were present.
Now, Zamora has filed for divorce, claiming her marriage is “beyond repair.” In a twist, the victim’s family also sued her and her husband, alleging he knew about the abuse.
