BALTIMORE, MD – In a shocking turn of events, Towson police have arrested two suspects linked to a series of armed robberies targeting local students. The suspects, a 17-year-old juvenile and 19-year-old Immanuel Robinson, were apprehended following intense surveillance near York Road and Aigburth Road.
