Urgent Search: Desperate Hunt for Missing 2-Year-Old Oregon Child Last Seen Outside

A search is underway in Oregon for 2-year-old Dane Paulsen, who went missing on March 1 near milepost 21 on Siletz River Highway in Siletz, Oregon. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported that Dane was last seen playing in the yard of a home before he disappeared.

Authorities describe Dane as having brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray fuzzy hoodie with ears, black pants, and blue and white shoes. The child is described as friendly and fearless, comfortable around both strangers and water, though he cannot swim. Officials noted that he has a particular interest in water and vehicles.

Initially, investigators identified a late 1990s gold-colored station wagon as a vehicle of interest, as it had been seen in the area around the time Dane went missing. However, authorities have since determined that the vehicle is no longer part of the investigation.
