High-Speed Drama: Woman’s Wild Chase Ends in a Shocking Crash on Highway 24

A high-speed chase in Anderson County, South Carolina, had quite the dramatic ending Thursday night. It all began when deputies from the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office teamed up with Highway Patrol to stop a woman fleeing from Mauldin.

The woman, Alexis Donald, wasn’t about to give up easily. Even after officers set up stop sticks in her path—not just once but twice—she kept going. Her determination led her to drive right into a ditch, only to come back out and keep fleeing. The chase finally ended when her car rolled over in front of Neighbors Pub on Highway 24.

Thankfully, Alexis wasn’t hurt in the crash, but her night didn’t end well. Law enforcement charged her with driving under suspension and reckless driving.

This wild pursuit left locals shaken but thankful no one else was injured. It’s a reminder of how dangerous these situations can be for everyone involved.
